Terms of Use

Last updated October 2, 2026

The ground rules for using our website and client portal, kept short and clear.

Using this site

These terms apply to etzahconsulting.com and the Etzah client portal (together, the “site”), operated by Etzah Consulting in Houston, Texas. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information, not advice

The content on this site is general information about our services and approach. It isn't professional, legal, financial or tax advice for your situation. Our consulting work is provided under a separate written agreement with each client, and that agreement governs the engagement.

Client portal accounts

If you have a portal account, you agree to:

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in details and email account secure, and not share access with others.
  • Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.

For your security, sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and sessions end at midnight each day. We may suspend access if an account is misused.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: for example, by trying to access areas or accounts that aren't yours, interfering with how it works, introducing harmful code, or using it for anything unlawful.

Our content and brand

The site's content, including text, design, the Etzah name, the Rooted Ascent mark and our logos, belongs to Etzah Consulting or is used with permission. You may view and share it for personal or internal business reference, but please don't copy, modify or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

Other services and links

Some features rely on other companies, such as Google for scheduling and sign-in, and the site may link to other websites and social media. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

Disclaimers

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Etzah Consulting isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. This doesn't limit anything that can't be limited by law, or the terms of a client agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. See also our Privacy Policy.
