Privacy Policy

We only collect what you choose to share with us, plus basic technical information every website receives.

• Contact and intake forms: your name, business email, company name, website, business type, team size, service of interest, current tools, the challenge you describe, and any services you select in our Service Builder.
• Updates: your email address if you ask to be notified, for example when our Resources open.
• Scheduling: when you book a call, the booking is handled by Google Calendar's appointment scheduling, and the details you enter there are collected by Google and shared with us.
• Client portal: if you have a portal account, your email address, username and sign-in details. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
• Technical information: like any website, our hosting provider may record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.

• To respond to your questions and requests, and to prepare for a consultation.
• To schedule and confirm meetings.
• To provide our services and give clients access to the portal.
• To send updates you asked for. You can stop them at any time.
• To keep the site and portal secure and to improve them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and Google (for scheduling and Google sign-in), and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The client portal uses a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, and it expires at the end of each day. Google's booking page, shown on our site when you schedule a call, is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections, sign-in links that work only once and expire after 15 minutes, and portal sessions that end at midnight each day. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, for an active client relationship, or as required by law, and then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving updates, by emailing info@etzahconsulting.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Our site and services are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy as our site and services change. We'll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. See also our Terms of Use.
